Your Legal Rights

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data.

Request Access to Your Personal Data

This right allows you to check we are lawfully processing you data, you may request to receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Request Correction of Your Personal Data

This right allows you to request that we update or correct any personal information we hold that is incomplete or inaccurate. In some cases, we may need to confirm that the updated details you provide are valid before making any changes.

Request Erasure of Your Personal Data

This right allows you to request that we erase your personal information when there is no valid reason for us to continue processing it. You may also request deletion if you have exercised your right to object to processing, withdrawn your consent, or if we have no remaining lawful basis for handling your data, including situations where deletion is required to comply with local regulations. Please note that we may not always be able to fulfill a deletion request due to specific legal obligations, and if that applies to your situation, we will explain this at the time of your request.

Object to Processing of Your Personal Data

This right allows you to oppose our processing of your personal information when we rely on legitimate interests (our own or a third party’s) and you believe your particular circumstances outweigh those interests and affect your fundamental rights and freedoms. You may also object to our use of your personal information for direct marketing, and this form of objection is absolute. In some cases, we may be able to show that we have compelling legitimate grounds to continue processing your information that take precedence over your rights and freedoms.

Request Restriction of Processing Your Personal Data

This right allows you to request that we pause the processing of your personal information under specific circumstances: (a) when you want us to confirm whether the data we hold is accurate; (b) if our processing is unlawful but you prefer that the information not be permanently deleted; (c) when you require us to retain the information even though we no longer need it, because you need it for legal claims; or (d) if you have challenged our processing based on legitimate interest and we must determine whether our grounds outweigh your objection.

Request Transfer of Your Personal Data

You may request that we supply your personal information to you—or to a third party designated by you—in a structured, widely used, machine-readable format. This right only applies to data processed automatically and only to information you originally provided with your consent or that we processed as part of fulfilling a contract with you.

Right to Withdraw Consent

You may withdraw your consent at any time when we rely on consent as the legal basis for processing your personal information. Doing so will not affect the legality of any processing performed prior to the withdrawal. However, if consent is necessary for certain products or services, we may be unable to provide them once consent is withdrawn. If this applies to you, we will inform you at the time you revoke your consent.

If you would like to exercise any of the rights described above, please contact us at contact@baseline77.com

There is no charge for accessing your personal information or for exercising any of your data protection rights. However, if a request is clearly unfounded, repeated, or unreasonably burdensome, we may apply a reasonable fee to cover our administrative costs. In some situations, we may also decline the request altogether for these reasons.

To verify your identity and ensure that your personal information is only shared with the correct individual, we may ask you to provide certain details to validate your identity before fulfilling your request. This helps us safeguard your data from being disclosed to someone who should not have access. We may also request additional information if needed to clarify your request and help us process it more efficiently.

We aim to respond to all valid requests within one month. In cases where the request is especially complex or you have submitted multiple requests, the process may take longer. If additional time is required, we will let you know and keep you informed of our progress.
